Siroco collects information submitted through Facebook Lead Ad forms on behalf of our users. This may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, and responses to custom form questions. We also collect account information (email, name) when you sign up.
We use collected information to provide lead management services to our users, including organizing, tracking, and facilitating communication with leads. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Data is stored securely using Supabase with encryption at rest. Sensitive credentials such as access tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. Access to data is restricted through row-level security policies.
We access Facebook Page and Lead Ad data through the Meta Marketing API. We only access data that users have explicitly authorized through Facebook Login. Data retrieved from Facebook is used solely for providing lead management services.
We retain lead data for as long as the user account is active. Users may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us.
